Falcon House

In Westerham, Kent, this project combined the retrofit of a former office building with the construction of two new three-storey, three-bedroom houses on the site of the old car park. The retrofitted building now houses six two-bedroom flats, with a basement garage fitted with EV chargers for residents. Both the new houses and the flats include solar panel systems, giving residents a way to cut electricity costs through on-site renewable generation.
