Green Valley

Green Valley was delivered entirely in-house — Cobalt Development bought and developed the land, Cobalt Construction built it, Cobalt Aluminium supplied the windows — to a design by Teo Architects. Seven homes step down a hillside site in a staggered formation: a penthouse at the top, four staggered apartments below it, and two duplex units at ground level designed to live like houses.

The slope meant serious excavation and careful structural planning before anything else could start, and the brick facade was chosen to sit alongside the street rather than stand out from it.
