Horizon

Horizon was designed by Teo Architects and delivered entirely in-house by Cobalt Development — one of three projects the group has built on this South Croydon road. Six high-spec apartments went up from the ground with distinctive angled balconies that shape the building's look and how residents use them.

It went up alongside Laurel Court, another major Cobalt scheme just two properties away, which meant running both sites at once and keeping planning, resourcing and day-to-day site management tightly coordinated.
