Laurel Court

Laurel Court was designed by Teo Architects and delivered entirely in-house by Cobalt Development — a ground-up scheme of 15 high-spec apartments, including two duplex units, built around a landscaped courtyard with underground parking beneath it.

It's one of three Cobalt Development projects on this South Croydon road, and it went up at the same time as Horizon, another major Cobalt scheme just two properties away — running both sites together meant tight coordination across planning, resourcing and day-to-day site management.
